Privacy Policy
How Drop With Nicco collects, uses, retains, and protects your personal data.
1. Who We Are
Drop With Nicco (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates dropwithnicco.com and provides the Program described in our Terms of Service. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have with respect to it.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following categories:
- Account and enrollment data: name, email address, phone number (if provided), billing address, payment record identifiers (we do not store full card numbers; those are handled by our payment processor).
- Community activity: login timestamps, lesson-completion timestamps, group-call attendance and engagement records (including camera-on status and join/leave timestamps used to verify program participation), forum posts, direct messages within the private community, and sourcing-intake submissions.
- Communications: emails, form submissions, DMs to our official social channels, and any records of correspondence with our team.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring URLs, and cookies or similar tracking technologies collected when you visit our sites.
- Marketing engagement: if you engage with our public content (ads, landing pages, social profiles), we may collect information about which pieces you saw and how you engaged, subject to the platform’s own privacy policies.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver the Program, provision your account, calendar the founder onboarding session, and facilitate group calls;
- To mechanically verify qualifying-condition records (attendance and module completion) if you invoke the 90-Day Product Source Guarantee;
- To send you transactional emails (order confirmation, community access, session reminders);
- To send you educational and marketing emails, from which you may unsubscribe at any time;
- To defend against actual or threatened chargebacks, disputes, or legal claims;
- To satisfy accounting, tax, and other legal obligations;
- To improve the Program, the community platform, and our marketing.
4. Legal Bases (Where Applicable)
Where the law of your jurisdiction requires a legal basis for processing (e.g., GDPR or a comparable regime), we rely on: (i) performance of the contract between you and us (delivering the Program you purchased); (ii) our legitimate interests in operating and defending our business; (iii) your consent, where required (e.g., marketing emails); and (iv) compliance with legal obligations.
5. Sharing of Information
We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Program (payment processor, email platform, community platform, hosting, analytics), each bound to confidentiality and use-restriction obligations;
- Professional advisors (legal, tax, insurance) where necessary for the operation and defense of our business;
- Government authorities or third parties where required by law, valid legal process, or to protect our rights or the rights of our members;
- Any successor to the business in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of our assets.
We do not sell your personal information to third-party marketers.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account, enrollment, and communication records for at least seven (7) years for the purposes of (i) satisfaction-guarantee verification, chargeback and dispute defense; (ii) accounting and tax compliance; and (iii) enforcement of our Terms of Service. Some records may be retained longer where required by law or where necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
7. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. No system is perfectly secure, and you acknowledge that no representation of absolute security is or can be made.
8. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any such right, email support@dropwithnicco.com from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before honoring the request.
9. Cookies

10. Modifications
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time you interact with the site or Program controls that interaction. Material changes will be noted in the effective-date line at the bottom of this page.
